New Customer Offer: Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This offer is available to new customers only. A new customer is defined as someone who has not previously booked or received a clean from Sparkles Cleaning Services.
• One offer per household. The offer cannot be claimed more than once at the same property address.
• The offer applies to residential cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and holiday-let management. Commercial cleaning, Airbnb cleaning and holiday rental cleans booked on their own are excluded.

2. Excluded Services

The new customer offer is not available for the following service types:

• End of tenancy cleaning
• Move-out cleaning
• Tenancy change-over cleaning
• Deposit-back cleaning

These are specialist services priced individually. Please contact us for a tailored quote.

3. How to Claim

• The offer must be claimed before your first clean is booked and confirmed. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
• To claim, complete the form on our New Customer Offer page or mention the offer in your message on our quote form.
• Both discounts (50% off first, 25% off second) must be agreed at the time of booking. The second-clean discount will not be applied if not claimed when booking the first clean.

4. Booking Conditions

• The offer is subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion.
• Standard minimum booking charges apply. The discounted price is calculated from our standard rate for the property and service type.
• The second-clean discount applies only to a clean of the same or equivalent type as the first clean, at the same property.

5. Combination and Transfer

• This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional code, or voucher.
• The offer has no cash equivalent and is non-transferable.

6. General

• Sparkles Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• All bookings made under this offer remain subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Sparkles Cleaning Services is final.
